About Vivek Material Testing LLP

Vivek Material Testing LLP is a Geotechnical Investigation & Building Material Testing Consultant established in 2016, providing services for all kinds of civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Our consultancy services include Geotechnical Investigation, Soil Testing, Building Material Testing, Electrical Resistivity, Benkelman Beam Deflection Survey, Topography Survey by Total Station, Field CBR Test, Rebound Hammer (NDT), Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV), Pile Integrity Test (PIT), Pile Load Test (Compression, Pullout & Lateral), Plate Load Test, and TRL Dynamic Cone Penetration Test.

We operate a well-equipped laboratory supported by modern field and testing equipment, along with a qualified technical team responsible for analysis, reporting, and quality control. Over the past decade, we have executed projects for Uttar Pradesh Government Departments including UPPWD, UPRNN, UP Jal Nigam, UP Irrigation, UPPCL, UP Panchayati Raj, UPCLDF, UPSBCU, UPPTCL, as well as Central Government departments such as NPCCI, NHAI, RVNL, AAI, and MES. We have also worked with reputed architects, infrastructure companies, and industrial clients across highways, bridges, telecom, power, sugar, cement, chemical industries, and private construction projects. The laboratory is NABL accredited under ISO/IEC 17025 under the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Vivek Material Testing LLP (Laboratory), he is responsible for the overall leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction of the organization. He represents the company in professional engagements with government departments, public sector undertakings, infrastructure companies, and multinational clients.

He leads the development and execution of the company’s short- and long-term strategies, ensuring that operational goals are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with industry standards. Under his guidance, the organization maintains strong coordination between technical teams and management, ensuring quality compliance, efficient project execution, and sustained organizational growth.

Shubham Singh
Managing Director / Quality Manager

Mr. Shubham Singh brings over 14 years of extensive experience in geotechnical investigation, foundation engineering, and building material testing. He oversees laboratory testing operations, monitors quality control procedures, and ensures compliance with relevant IS standards and guidelines. His responsibilities include analysis and interpretation of test results, preparation of Geotechnical Investigation Reports and Material Testing Reports, and supervision of both laboratory and field activities.

As Managing Director and Quality Manager, he plays a key role in maintaining the laboratory’s quality management system, coordinating with clients at various levels, and ensuring accurate and timely project execution. His technical expertise and professional affiliations contribute to strengthening the laboratory’s standards, reliability, and operational efficiency across diverse infrastructure and construction projects.

Mr. Sandeep Singh brings over 13+ years of hands-on experience in soil investigation and building material testing operations. He oversees field activities including sub-soil exploration, sampling coordination, and execution of on-site testing as per project requirements.

He is responsible for managing field teams, coordinating project logistics, and ensuring timely mobilization of resources. His role also involves client coordination at site level, monitoring testing procedures, and maintaining operational efficiency throughout project execution.

Er. Akhil Singh has over 8 years of experience in soil investigation and building material testing operations. As Technical Manager, he is responsible for supervising laboratory and field testing activities, ensuring that all procedures are conducted in accordance with relevant IS standards and established quality protocols.

He oversees test execution, technical documentation, and coordination between laboratory and site teams to maintain accuracy and consistency in results. His role includes monitoring equipment usage, reviewing test data, supporting report preparation, and assisting in maintaining compliance with quality management systems. Through systematic supervision and technical oversight, he contributes to efficient project execution and reliable reporting standards.
